PESHAWAR: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested on Sunday three people involved in human trafficking over an attempt to smuggle a young girl to Dubai, sources told Daily Times. The sources said that FIA staff at Peshawar international airport arrested Sajid Mohammad and Nadeem, the brother of the girl, on a tip-off. The smugglers’ ring-leader Siddiqullah, was also arrested later from Hayatabad area of the city. The girl belongs to the Lala Kalay area of the provincial capital and had allegedly been sold to a Dubai-based Arab man for Rs 2 million. staff report
