Leaving for South East Asia...

I'm about to leave for the Orient...Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam for three months. Does anyone have any suggestions on getting some incredible work done out there? Wanting to adopt one girl in a small village to start her & fam off right, uncertain how to safely find/support her financially thru the years. Thoughts?
