Okay cool so we'll mot likely hold the meeting either Wednesday also known as tomorrow or Sunday before or after huge small groups. Good thing is the event permit isn't that long of a process.

Alright Catie were definitely gonna do the fundraiser but first i need to get us a event permit so i can reserve that one part of City Beaach and second we need to have a meeting and third we need to find some way of advertising it. When is a good time for the meeting?

Yea i know. Yea i'll totally let you know when i have the exact date. Um... do you think you could get some poster board to make signs for our fundraiser,just like one or two? I'l tak care of buying the food. Oh and it would be so nice if you could get some paper paltes and platic forks.

Hey catie the fundraiser i think should be sometime this month or the beginning of May but first i have to go down to the mayors office and talk to someone but it will definitely be sometime this month of the beginning of May.

Yea it is. Nice that's really cool that your doing relay for life, ok no rush at least you'll be there. I'm so happy!!!:)

I know. OMG i can't believe tomorrow is my birthday! I'm so stoked for it and its gonna be the best birthday ever because i get to spend it with you and the rest of my youth group family! :)

Okay i'm glad you know who i am now so your not confused sunday or something. haha yea im stoked too. Oh i called the mayor today and he said that once we plan the day its gonna be held i need to let him know so that he can try to be able to come.

Great! I'm so exited for the fundraiser and im even more exited that were taking action because these kids need our help nobody deserves to go through what their going through. BTW i 'm the girl who was being silly with Jacquie on Wednesday when she said she s jammin out and then i said oh yea and started dancing.
