We are starting a benefit/awareness concert series in Kansas City regarding the issue of human trafficking. The goal of these concerts would be to creatively raise funds for safe houses that help restore the lives of those who have been trafficked and to be a collective voice for one of the greatest injustices of our generation.
The first concert will be focused on the issue of slavery in the chocolate industry. Through live music, art, and film we will shed light on this dark issue and educate people on how to consume in a socially responsible way.
The event would be Sunday April 5th and include a film, a bands and a art auction with all proceeds going to www. just4one. org and www. homesoffreedom. org
Bellow are some links that you can check out to get a better idea of the issue.
